If we ever had a summer it is now fast moving to autumn and nights are closing in. Whilst personally I enjoy the summer and longer light evenings on a business front this is the best time as we are launching some really exciting new holidays for 2011 and our brochure and website for next year will reflect this… watch this space in next month. This is of course not the only reason for my joy of autumn, the bigger joy is to see the quantum leap of business as many of you choose to book in September – some even a week before you travel and some over a year away.
I do feel very excited about our innovation plans which will really rocket the WOW factor to everything we offer and most importantly I truly believe that those of you that haven’t yet travelled with Bales will be more than ever inspired to experience a Bales holiday. My pledge to you is to provide the right holiday with outstanding customer service.
I as a customer am a fairly demanding. If people get it right I am quick to applaud and recognise. I am tolerant if people make an error which can happen. It is the all important trigger of how the provider/supplier deals with this. I would love you to share your most outstanding service story with us.
Back to my goal for fitness…What is it my trainer doesn’t understand about me being the customer? As she works me relentlessly hard in the gym I concentrate so much, I sometimes forget to breathe properly… just an excuse to stop and have a break really! I have tried to explain my idea of a trainer is to sit down and discuss fitness with a cup of skinny latte. Jordan isn’t having any of it as she is working hard with me to ensure when I trek in the Himalayas, it is with enjoyment and not sheer endurance. She is excellent, but my goodness tough. Needless to say that finally I am getting fit for purpose. Thank you Jordan!
